Before joining Pier W in 2006, Chef Reik interned with the esteemed Alain Ducasse in New York and has held top positions at several Ritz-Carlton locations. He rose above the Cleveland area’s most esteemed culinary talent to capture the 2010 title at the annual St. John’s Top Chef competition. Most recently Chef Reik competed on the popular Food Network’s “Chopped” featuring Alton Brown.
