Kliment Stevoff, the restaurant’s wine director and Level II sommelier, along with Darryl Spansky from Cutting Edge Wine Selections will guide guests through a four-course food and wine pairing.

Guests can expect an intimate, tutored event that promises to leave them satisfied and educated. Featured wines from the Willamette Valley in Oregon include Chehalem Chardonnay, Domain Serene Pinot Noir, Penner Ash Syrah and Elkcove Late Harvest Riesling.  Pier W Executive Chef Regan Reik will expertly prepare Wild Sable and Homemade Buffalo Bratwurst. Dessert includes a vanilla cheesecake with lemon curd and blueberry coulis.

The Oregon Wine dinner is $85 per guest plus tax and gratuity. Guests may purchase wines served following dinner for an additional fee. For required reservations call 216-228-2250.
